how to use 98 civic ecu on my 93 civic

my friend is sellin me his y8 motor tranny axels ecu all for 200 buck he is doin b20 vtec swap so i just need to know about the ecu how do i plug the obd2 ecu into the obd1? thanks anybody?

you dont........ leave it obd1..you'll have less problems.
