Lulz...J Cole's album was straight fire, as was Wale. Don't discount Game's either. The one person you forgot tho is Drake. Drake has a nice R&B Touch to his rapping which helps him with harmonizing things together.

I said earlier this year, and will continue to say it. The future of hip-hop is in good hands.

Drake, Wale, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar (going to be in concert March in Tucson with Drake), 2 Chainz and a few others. Thoser were just off the top of my head.

EDIT: Forgot Ace Hood. He is the rawest I have heard in awhile. If Khaled ever lets him go an he gets in the ams of a good producer, somone can really help mold him.

I thought Drake wasn't that good until i got a hold of his new album. I have to say that the CD is off the hook, I love his combination with R&B and Hip Hop. I enjoy both...

He's not someone I keep on standard repeat. He has a few songs like most artists that I like and are catchy. You nasty is one of those lol..also he had one with wayne nd another cat but I forget the name of it now.

My music library is very diverse, I like a little bit of everything. It's funny because I'll go from something like KRS-One to Tech N9ne, to Wayne, to Kanye, Kid Cudi, Kid Ink, to Ice Cube, Game, Snoop to NWA etc then to Drake, Ne-Yo, The Dream lol. So many different versions and variations lol.

I also write a bit on the side so havin a large audience to not only sample lrycis from, but also to to expand word play, flow (both structurally, as well as upbeat/slow down sections), grammar etc. I tend to write more J. Cole / Wale / Drake style where it's actually a story but you can only go so far with that before it gets difficult to rhyme and patternize.

I would say TYGA is a really good Actor! What kid from Compton, California talks about "putting lime in the coconut and twist all up" then goes to "T-Raww skinny nigga big balls" And freestlying!! Does he always have to go through this
