Im thinking of running my civic at the track...

its a 95 civic dx (2 door) full interior

16 inch rota circuit 8's... street tires

its got a stock D15B7, with only a B&M short shifter, Type-R intake Box, and Greddy Axle back

so let me know what you guys think ill run.. haha just doing this for fun and to learn on, then when i swap i can see the diffrence..

Don't "wonder". Take it to a "run what ya brung night" at speedworld and have fun with it. Learn to stage and launch on the third yellow. Your not gonna break the sound barrior, but you'll have fun none the less. But, ya, it'll be mid 17's for sure..

well i ran a 16.1 in a 98 coupe with a d16y8 so i say between 16.9 and 17.9
and it depends on a lot of other things....do you know how to launch, shift, ect ect...but chances are your gonna do 17.3's all night

Don't launch at redline dropping the clutch!
Learn to preload so you don't break anything!

Uhm... Yeeeeaah, that a single cam vtec, and the tranny has a lot shorter gears, this is a DX.. Longer gears, and no vtec..

well i ran 16.8 in my dx with i had the d16y7.....not sure if that help....but i also know how to launch. try launching at 3000 maybe 3500 and preload the clutch
