What Are the symptoms

Im just curious what are possible symptoms of a lsv with the dround wire disconnected from the valve cover?:idiot:

Same as a non lsv. Starting issues, misfires, bad spark, overheating ground wires, ecru not starting, smoke from ground wires etc
