1st-2nd gear not engaging

My transmission is acting up now, I'm starting to lose 1st and 2nd gear. For instance if i'm coming up to a red light, stop, and try to go into 1st, it feels like my transmission is "blocking" me from 1st and 2nd gear. I'm wondering if it's the syncros or the clutch pressure plate, any ideas? This has happened about 3 times now within the last 3 days. My car is an 07' R18 sedan. I've read all about the Si's "3rd gear popping out" problems but never anything about the R18 transmissions. Any feedback would be awesome, Thanks.

I know it not Tranny problems from my experience its the cmc issue they wear out not very good stock I swaped mine out with omni power cmc but that's in si just something might consider trying.

could be the shifter cable bushing where they goin into the transmission. check those out and check to see if there is a lot of play in those

If the transmission is built anything like a b series transmission the issue is with your change rod or a fork may be bent.
