nope, they look like B16 cams to me, but i may be wrong. kinda a crappy pic

Yes those are itr, 97-99 US itr or 95-00 JDM itr. Those relate to gsr to. B16 have no groves and the 98-00 JDM CTR and 00' US ITR has the 2 groves

That first pic is wrong homie. I have removed cams out of a stock 99-00 si motor thats never been cracked open and they have NO rings. Same with a jdm h-motors long block. NO rings. 1 ring indicates a gsr or us early R or jdm R like the second pic.
