(Friday) PRE-Event and Paddock Setup
Early setup will be allowed on Friday. You MUST stop at the wavier station to sign two waivers. One will be the original for INDE and the other will be the original for NASA. If someone is not at the wavier station PLEASE wait until there is before entering the facility to ensure you keep logistics smooth. There will also be a Friday Test & Tune hosted directly by the track starting at noon.

Waiver
NASA's Participant Accident insurance is only available to participants at an event who have executed a proper waiver of liability. If parents would like their minor children to be covered for any incident that may occur at the facility when their minor child is a participant in the event such as when their minor child would be assisting as a pit crew member, then the parent must have a minor waiver on file for the current calendar year with their local NASA region. Such waivers may be obtained at Registration or by contacting the National Office at 510-232-6272 or at .
NOTE: An annual waiver will suffice for the general paddock areas but a new waiver must be submitted for each event if said minor is expected to be in any restricted area such as the pit lane or any part of the racing surface at any time during the event. In addition to a properly executed minor waiver, any minor in a restricted area must have specific approval from the local Regional Director in advance.

HPDE Tech Inspection
Please print and fill out a tech form prior to arriving to tech

TT Annual Tech Inspection
TT cars can go through the normal HPDE tech line but need to fill out the annual tech form (not the HPDE form) and bring their log book.

Race Annual Tech Inspection
All race cars must have their 2014 annual inspection completed by one of the authorized shops prior to arriving onsite OR be pre-registered ($25 fee) for an onsite annual tech inspection. Race cars requiring an onsite annual and not pre-registered will be charged $40. This form needs to be filled out and signed by the competitor before being issued an annual tech sticker.

NOTE: 2015 onsite annual inspection will be available all day on Friday. It will also be available on Sat evening.

(classing sheets & dynos near the bottom of each respective page). Please submit your 2014 classing sheets and/or dyno sheets to Jeff Abrams so he can update. This applies to TT, PT, ST and GTS.

GTS Competitors: Don’t forget that per the NASA GTS rules you are required to display the official GTS decals on your car if participating in the series. Class decals can be purchased directly from here 

Classing Time Attack

Driver Info / Registration
• Will be located at the base of the main control tower
• Please wear your waiver wrist band all weekend long (yes, you can shower with it!), otherwise you will need to resign the waiver to get a new one. NOTE: Wrist bands are required to get on track.
• HPDE1 will need to “check in” with registration. All other groups will receive their wristbands from their respective Group Leader directly after the Drivers Meeting
• Onsite registration available (with a late fee) for groups that are not already sold out

Transponder Rentals
• Need to be checked out at registration
• Need to be returned to registration within 30 mins of your final session to avoid a late fee
• Time Attack competitors: If you rented a transponder for your TA session, it is only available for your TA laps. If you need a transponder for TT or Race group you will be required to pay for a full weekend rental.

Drivers Meetings / Downloads
The mandatory drivers meeting for all drivers (HPDE, TT, Race) will be held at Driver Info on Saturday morning (NOTE: Sun morning Racers do not need to attend). All other group meetings and download locations will be announced by your respective Group Leader directly after the morning drivers meeting.

Timing and Scoring
Hard copy results will be posted on our sign easels at Driver Info. If errors are found, please bring this to the attention of the TT / Race Director immediately to get corrected.

Water
As of April 2014, the club will have complimentary water available for volunteers & staff but will start charging a nominal fee ($0.25) for general participants and their guests for bottled water.

Food Service
NASA AZ will be cooking lunch both days and dinner on Sat night. Lunch tickets will be $10 each. 1 dinner ticket will be included per paid registration. Additional dinner tickets can be purchased at driver info for $15. Due to rising costs of food, beverages and transportation logistics, all participants (with the exception of Officials/Instructors) in the food line must have their food ticket.

Photographers & Graphics
Tom from Twisted Priorities has confirmed that he will be onsite to provide his usual graphics services (photography only if requested). Other photographer’s contact info will be located in registration and/or on the forum post event.

Fuel
The town of Willcox is approximately 15-20 mins away with normal pump grades. The track normally has 91 & 100 octane unleaded and 110 leaded race fuel. Quantities and prices will be posted in early Oct.

Tire Service
NASA Arizona will have tire service available all weekend long.

$5 – tire disposal ( this will be $0 if the track will take our scrubs)
