Where to get nitrous refilled?

I called around to gas supply stores and welding supply stores. But the only place to get a 10lb bottle refilled I found is Checkers which is $4.10 a lb.

AZ Power and Sound has a refil station, not sure on the cost though...

They are off Priest and University

Richards ATV on Glendale and like 57th ave (somewhere around there).. Also the Checkers on Bell and 19th ave fills too..
