I'm from Michigan..we don't have emission testing here anymore since '95. I'm thinking of relocating to AZ some day...how strict are the emission tests over there? Do they do a visual inspection, or only tailpipe sniffer?

just a tail pipe sniff and a gas check but the sniff is a tad tuff

My car is technically an OBD2...but it has an OBD1 ECU (chipped with Hondata)...so would I be screwed?

yeah maybe. the guys at emmisions will try to plug the scanner......
