Civic Spotted (belong to anyone)
 

On the way to work, I spotted a Milano Red 96-98 Civic Coupe on I believe it was 16' gun metal wheels with the windows down.

On the side of Bell Road west of Litchfield Road, just before Paradise Bakery.

Sorry did not get a plate number or a pic, running late to work...
