Just wanted to say Congratulations to Justin A.K.A Glowstick for running 11.97 @ i believe 112tonight at SIR. He is running a Built By Collective B20 VTEC. 15 passes all in the low 12's. Scott obviously built a very stout engine.

Congrats Glowstick! You backed up the first 11.97 @ 111.94 with a 11.961 @ 112.76. Man, I hope someone got it on video! HAHA!

Basics on the car are:

All motor street legal 85x89 12.2/1 compression B20 VTEC w/b16 non LSD trans. When the car was first dynoed up at Locash, he made 206 whp, but the car has only gotten faster since. There are a few tricks I built into this engine, but I am not gonna give those secrets out yet ;)

Again, Congrats to Glowstick on driving the piss out of this thing! YOU MAKE LIGHT BULBS EVERYWHERE CRINGE IN FEAR WHEN YOU ARE NEAR!

scott is one bad ass engine builder and glowstick is one bad as driver. collective is on badd ass shop!

Im not 100% sure what you mean by your post, as it is hard for me to understand.

Glowstick is not the first person to do this with this engine type nor is this anything more than a personal record for him.

In my opinion, running 11.96 at our 3100ft elevation is quite an accomplishment reguardless.
