oil pump question

Got a spare block I'm going to rebuild.. question is, Is there a difference between b16, gsr, and itr oil pumps??

The debate I been reading was that the itr had more oil pressure, but has the same part number as 99-00 b16 and 96+ gsr oil pump.. Some people were saying at these years they are all the same.. others say the itr has more pressure. .

I also read that they are simular besides a washer that sits on the pressure release spring.. that itr oil pumps don't have them letting the spring have more compressed force making the valve/seal thing require more pressure to open it... hence higher oil pressure. .. and that b16 and gsr have this washer letting the spring have slight less pressure letting the valve/seal thing open with less pressure. ..

It doesn't seem hard to make any newer b series oil pump create more pressure my removing this washer.. but I want to know if there is a difference or if they are the same with the newer years..

Any knowledgeable info will be appreciated. ..

Probably cause they want to sell you an over priced "itr" pump, but their the same.
