B20v with type r pistons Comp cams super tech valvetrain bosch platinum plugs gapped at 30 still detonates fuel pressure at 50 psi any ideas car was tuned by Sean Zax in phx

Speaking of... I messaged you on facebook still gotta figure out my cams but did discover I have forged higher comp pistons. Trying to use the scope cam to get a # off one of the piston tops and get a better idea of what they are. I know a Cray tune would deff pull power out of this over my stock gsr ecu lol..

It's not a dyno tune just a street tune but was running perfectly fine in another chassis

Street tunes dnt do crap imo. What did he do ? Adjust your a/f and guessed on the ignition tables.

Like stated before, take it back........................errrr take it to get a real tune before you start melting stuff.

Maybe start by retarding the timing back closer to stock and see if it helps? How was it "tuned?"

Timing light might do wonders.... But I doubt tweek even set base

As dumb as it sounds it was cylinder one spark plug wire was up too high in the tube causing not enough spark

Sweet now just get it tuned by UMS or someone who knows what their doing and you'll be all set!
