Coilovers?

Sup guys.
For a while now I've been looking at suspension set ups and learning as much as I can. I want a setup that rides near stock but gives me the ability to lower my car up to 3" or so. I dont really have a budget as to how much I want to spend however Im not looking to spend ridiculous amounts of money.

I have been looking at brands such as Ksport, Skunk2, Eibach and Buddy Club (thx to mikey)

anyone care to voice their opinions or experiences?

Mijo, Come on..this is a slap to the face you know you coulda PMed me man.

Ksport: Will not give you anywhere close to stock ride, It will be bouncy and I doubt thats what youre looking for, Especially in the rds up north. However, It will give you the capability of lowering it up if not more then 3inches.

Skunk2: Ive had no personal experience with these coilovers but from what Ive seen, i dont think you can lower it that much, Atleast without it losing its "dampening" functions, By that I mean, The more you lower it the fast it can possibly blow the strut causing you more of a headache.

Eibach: No.

Buddy Club: As far you being able to drop it to the ground, Yes, It can do that and more. As far as it being a close to stock ride I am not to sure on that, The one buddy clubs I did ride in where pretty bouncy aswell but it was more of a show over function car.

My personal opinion would be TEIN and STANCE, If you lived in phx id let you drive my car which has tein SS and show you how smooth and comfortable the ride is. One thing I have noticed that a lot of guys do is buy the shocks (adjustable) and some kind of coilovers (sleeves) and get the best of both worlds without spending over 1,000 dollars. There are TONS of options for you man, Hit me up if you have any ?s.
