Stock wheels painted are just cheap looking on any car. They look far better left the stock finish IMO.

Why even mask off anything on the car? Just spray paint the entire car black... that way you take care of the wheels, the headlights, taillights, and even the windows.... MURDERED OUT!

I was going to but I couldn't find that plasti stuff at ace, so I just got some metal-surface paint. Came out way better than I expected for how ghetto I did it haha

That "plasti stuff" is called Plasti-Dip. It's at ACE, you should have probably asked someone who worked there if you couldn't find it. Either way, Plasti-dipping your wheels or spray painting the stockies looks tacky... but at least the Plasti-dip can peel off if you get tired of it.

come on guys its not that bad i think its being blown way over board but i do agree plasti dip is the way to go once u get tired of the color just peel it off

Nobody is hating. Who told him to buy a different set of wheels? People just stated they think stock wheels look tacky spray painted. Try reading next time before spamming.

saved the money spent on tape and paint...and kept the wheels clean...cuz now when you go to sell these, nobody will want them as Painted rsx stocks are some of the least desirable rims on the markey.

i paint wheels and never use tape.. am i that good? lol painting your stocks only changes the look of the car a little.. and on a black car i would of done bronze,gold,silver,blue,ect..... black doesnt look as great. but hey,its your car do as you please...

I agree that the plasti-dip black on a black car is kinda lame, but it's your car. do as you please... I'm sure you could post pics of just about anything on anyones car and someone will disagree with it's looks.
