Car stalls after driving for a little

My b20vtec integra after driving for a little bit will stall once I put in neutral. The idle sometimes gets a little jumpy(between 500 and 800 rpm), then stalls. Once I start the car up again it doesnt do it for a little while. Any ideas what this could be? Possibly TPS sensor?

Idle air control valve maybe?

That would make sense, but I sure hope thats not it lol! Thats like $280!!
