are there any benefits to not having a power steering pump? i know obviously its better to have one. questions seem dumb, lol, but im just trying to gain some knowlegde.
1)does it actually give you more horsepower?
2)will the car be ok to drive if i just remove it?

nope will not give you more hp.. but you can feel the road more..

thanks. hp not really a huge concern. just heard it from somebody and it sounded questionable.
