All you need is a 10mm wrench and a flat head. Any feeler gauge would do it but i recommend the.one with an angle.

I bought a valve adjustment tool on amazon for less than $20. Still have it 5yrs later. two types, 10mm & 12mm.

It's pretty easy.. get the specs though.. When I put together my other b16 I had no compression in 2 pistons.. and I just had the head done so i figured they weren't set properly.. After I did the adjustments it ran strong on all 4..

on a sohc yes, on any b series no. its not that simple,you need to bend the head of the wrench to be able to fit it. I did it once with a torch, but it's difficult and not very accurate because of the lack of leverage.

Op,what part of town you in? Im in Westphx .i have the power built tool if you need it.

All I did on my was bent it. It was accurate as the bent one.

Napa sells them. I recommend you buy one, they come in handy more often than you think.

I miss understood you king.

What I did was;

Go to harbor freight and buy a socket and wrench that( must fit around the socket snugly )

If the flat head fits through the top, good, if not dril the top until it does.

Put the wrench around the socket where it would be comfortable to the work you need done.

Weld the wrench to the socket.

Bam you're done.

$5 in total and I had a great add on tool to my collection. It worked great until i loaned it out and that person lost it.

When I need another one. I'll make a write up.

Gotcha, that's another way of doing if you have a welder laying around. I tried the bend wrench technic, and it wasn't very accurate because I used a small cheap wrench that I found.
