Help!!! How do i polish wheels....
 

I have a set of GSR Blades im taking off my civic and about to put new tires on them and throw them on my integra....I really want to sand them down and polish the wheels before i go get nice rubber for them, since they are already off my car...I know this is a very easy process, and i just dont know where to start...If anyone could help me i'd appreciate it....I'd like to know:

What grade/grades of sandpaper should i use???
How do i polish them???
Any good products that anyone has used before that worked well???
Where can i buy this shit???
