need help

98 hatch. Took it to emission and my obd plug is not connecting to ecu. Look it up and couldnt find anything on this situation.
Can anyone help out.

Check the fuse for your cigarette lighter I have a lot of customers come in for that

Ya I that fuse is good. Thats the power to that connector.... thx

What ecu? Jdm ecu will not communicate with scan tool or emissions.

That's your problem. Jumper harness eliminates communication! You need to remove the jumper and use stock ecu for ek
