bowflex vs crossbow!!
 

I dont have time to go to the gym and i wanted to buy a home gym i can get a used crossbow for $50 with all attachments or should i get a bowflex? Has any of u tried or have any of this home gyms and do they work? Well thanks

don't buy either one. they are a waste of money IMO. Buy a decent Smith Machine and some free weights.

I would definitely watch Craigslist. Look for a power rack or even a home gym(if you're budget will allow it). Depending on how patient you are, there are some good deals that pop up. I've tried the Bowflex and hated it. I'm not against cable weights and such, but the feel of the Bowflex is just retarded. You'd be better off spending that $50 on a set of used dumbbells to get started.

you're better off planning solid program, researching supplements, and reading up on technique WHILE you keep an eye out for a decent smith or bench and adjustable rack...
