Looking good bro.. Came out good what else you planning to do to it..
well it's a 2000 coupe i got it all beat up but i'm remaking it im going to do a new thread in the re birth of the coupe so you guys could see it
Pics of final results?
Also to the OP, So you used 3 dye containers (how many oz. each?), Hot water (how much? like in cups?) and half a cup of salt...???!! |
So how long does this last? Am guessing this is ur DD right?
Did you add water or is it just the die?
just buy oem...
i didnt have to add salt or worry about using warm water... and my shit doesnt fade or wash out |
huh interesting maybe because you let it soaked for 4 days i only went 4 hours and each half hour i turned it over and then let it dry, But did your car smell like paint after you installed the carpet with that fabric spray paint bro?
I'd rather spend money on other stuff
I haven't put it in yet. It's been sitting in my closet for 2months. |
you got no carpet in your coupe right now bro?
My car is embarassing...
Wow, I take back what I said. Didn't turn out half bad. Like the others, glad you used dye and not rattle can.
thanks man
you will not reach 150

The outcome is pretty nice. I like seeing creative homegrown solutions. I just never understood what the desire to have RED carpet was all about. When I see the CTR with it's red carpet, it looks ugly to me. It just looks out of place. The door inserts are nice, but I think the car would have looked better had Honda put in a nice dark black carpet.

Did you put inside a bucket or tub?or ?..
Lol GeRmZ |
can u post pic of the dye u bought? Or what was the name of it?
