hid kit for 92 db2?

i have been looking into buying a hid conversion for the teg. i found a site saying that the design of the teg headights hids wont work well. anyone tried to use the kit for just low beam ( like for the crx or obd0 civics) but order the high/low beam bulbs? thanks

Just dont do it. The low beams will blind everyone because old tegs use fluted headlights tobscatter the lights. You would have to get those cheap crystal one piece ebay headlights to use hids since those style are reflector based.

If that is what your truly want then a retro fit is what you need, not HIDs

Morimoto makes nice shit for retro fits.

Theres a nice thread on retrofitting ebay one pieces. I plan on doing it to a set one day. I think I priced out an entore morimoto kit at about 350. Expensive but soooo worth it over ebay shit.
