Painting
I want to paint some interior pieces in a car.....what kind of paint should i do and what process's should i take when doing this...the piece's are all new so what do i do to paint them and what should i use with out it messing it up?
Thanks guys |
paitning be sure to get a additive for plastic no matter what you do... plastic is hard to paint
is that additive thing like a primer type stuff or get paint that will adapt to it? im not sure what that is
it can be several things. usualy its like a primer that goes on before paint. sometimes there an adhesion promoter additive you mix with paint.
so should i use paint or spray paint? do you have like a link or anything i can go off?
what and why are you painting?
Ya show me what you're painting
im paint interior pieces like the side pillers and some little vents on the dash.....
can i use Krylon Fusion Plastic Paint? it says: The first no-sand, no prep, superbond spray paint for plastic! It creates a professional finish that won't chip, peel, or fade. its on this site |
What color?
dont do it. esppecaially on the vents... looks trashy and you will have a hard time getting your vents to work
red or black...there gray now but i want a different color...its not the moving vents, on my lancer, on the dash, they have the vents that dont move those ones
dont do it red...... it will dull over time and look like crap
thanks guys
