95 civic W/ Ls swap bogs out in first and sometimes dies

I just picked this car up a coupe months ago
95 Honda civic ex with a b18b swap with 82k miles

Every now and then in the morning at first start up or even after its warm
In first gear it will start to bog @ about 3k Rpms I can shift and it does it in second a
Little bit but not much if I floor it it goes away just doesn't have much power
The cel is on with a code 43 comes on after 10-20 minutes if driving sometimes doesn't come in at all
I have recently replaced
Plugs
Wires
Cap
Rotor
Fuel filter
Lucas fuel cleaner
Took off TB and cleaned it really good along with the FIAV
And tps since it had a tps code also
Ran fine be4 I did all this just did it since it was a new car and not knowing last time it was done
Was driving the other day and stopped at the bank left the car on and it died but started right back up
I always know when it gonna bog down cuz it idles really low 400 ish Rpms really rough
Other then that when normal it idles about 800
Also gets about 230 miles to a tank of 91 octane

I'm lost Gonna be trading it to my brother for my old 4 door but wanna make sure he can drive it for a bit and make it back to Havasu really wanna fix it please any help would be appreciated I am a mechanic so I do have tools and knowledge to do whatever needs to be done

As a first, stop using 91 octane in your stock compression honda. Normal 87 will work perfectly and save you the cash. If you don't have boost or high comp, there is no need what so ever.

Next, have you checked your ivac solenoid to see if it's clogged? It should be located in the back of your intake manifold near the map sensor and throttle body. Get q-tips, and a few rags. Clean it with carb cleaner, or alcohol. Research the steps to setting your idle back to normal. There are directions in the hanes booklet for your engine.

cel 41 appears to be the o2 sensor before the cat. Likely needs to be replaced as well. If you don't you won't be able to go past 3500 rpms once it gets worse and becomes nonfunctional.
