wheel paint
 

ok so im getting these wheels from my friend practically for free. the guys who had the whels before him used some kind of spray paint on them and it looks like shit. my question is what should i use to get the paint off and if it is possible to get the spray paint off without taking the clear coat off the wheels that were there? also what steps should i take to get the rims looking good if the clear coat does come off or is already torn to shit? just basically trying get make the wheels look pretty enough to sell.
