need help with my turbod civic
 

I have a 00 civic it idols at 2000 rpms.. and in the morning once I start my car it it warms up I pull up to a stop light it will smoke but once I start moving it wont smoke again until it cools down and gets up to temp again..

Idles at 2k then smokes? Or smokes at idle? What color smoke? Is your turbo seals good?

ok first problem-my car idols at at 2000 rpms

vacuum leak, timing off, IDLE screw needs to be adjusted etc.

any tunes or chips?

no leak timing was first looked at and idle screw all the way out and ecu is chipped

if your idle screw is all the way out, then that is the problem. Too much air getting sucked in.

try adjusted it a bit.

if I twist it the idol goes higher

throttle cable loose and its all the way out so have to twist in

OP - Need more details be descriptive with your responses.

Snap a pic of your throttle cable at your throttle body.
Take a video with your camera of the idle? When did this start? Is your car tuned? Chipped didn't really tell us anything.
