I might have to have my gall bladder taken out..

Anyone had this done?

Ill be down for a few weeks im sure, but I basically want to know how this affected your meals while training. Any new reactions to things you didnt have before?

If anyone has had this done please chime in. Thanks.

Not an expert with this and I am sure your DR will go over it with you, but I always was under the impression fatty foods were to be avoided.

Good luck with the surgery man. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

I have 2 friends that have had this surgery. They were out for about 2 weeks.

Spicy foods will mess your stomach up. You have to watch your greasy food intake also. Oh and now they crap alot more than before.
