stock deck code help

I have a stock deck from an integra and I plugged it in and need to enter the code. Does anyone know how to crack the code or is there a way to get out of this? Or is there a place where the code is written on the deck ? Thanks a lot.

Go to the dealer with your registration and they will tell you the code.

Need the serial code off the deck. Many dealers will also ask for the VIN off the car as well.

I take it the deck is not meant for you ride. Going to be very difficult to get the code unless the guy at the Acura dealer is willing to just give up the code. Last I checked they needed to show you were the owner of the vehicle but I could be wrong. Maybe someone can hook you up? The deck doesn't have it written on it somewhere?

Get the code before you sell it otherwiseit is completely worthless to the buyer. If it is the deck that came with the car you have allthe info you need. Just call an Acura dealer to get the code. They have always donestuff like thisforfree. They only charge to pull the deck if they need the serial code.

If it is the stock deck for that car, when new the dealer may have attached a white sticker someplace with 5 numbers on it. That is the security code. It may be attached inside the glovebox or under an ashtray. There is no set place for them to attach the sticker and not all dealers did this.

I looked on the door jam, glove box, trunk, and hood and found no sticker like I thought I would. So I will let the buyer know the code needs to be found. I have sold decks like this before. I would not tell them that it works when it does not. I thought maybe there would be a way to get around this without going to the dealer but there is none. Lol. Thanks anyways guys.

Not all have that as the dealer does that to be nice when they PDI them. There are many places they can put it as they don't have a designated area to do so.

The OP just needs to make a call to get the code but I guess is to lazy to do so.

-99% of the time is on the glove compartment.

what you do:

1: call oprater ask for acura dealership
1b: find one in dex book or online

2: ask for part dept.
3: hi, I bought this cd player at a junk yard and need the code (have sieral # on hand, found under cd player)
4: right down code
5: install cd player
6: input code

7: sit back and be mad cuz it rejects the cds or says error
7a: listen to music

8: resell
8b: put away in corner
8c: take a hammer to it

9: get a bad itrader and called scammer
9b: find it 5yrs later and repeat steps 1-8
9c: poke out an eye with a fly piece of plastic
