Ecu resistor identification.

I picked up an obd2 gsr ecu for emissions purposes and it ran my car fine with the exception of my missing secondary o2, I then got a code 92 (insufficient evap) the next day after putting about 60 miles on.
I opened the ecu and found 2 burnt resistors and was curious if this was something to do with it and what i would use to replace them. . R123 and R124

2005 CR-V fully loaded
