proportioning valve/ disc conversion

1996 civic ex..
i bought a proportion valve online, and it has six holes on it. the one on the car has four. a friend told me its because abs or"hbu"??. my question is can i plug the extra holes and run it?

the current car has abs, but the rear disc that i swapped had no hook up for it. and its a 4door

also. when i hooked everything up, the back abs plugs wernt connected because the conversion didnt have abs. it gave abs and srs lights. i remember one was rear wheel lock, but its moving.
i would have to get a different rear conversion with abs or a different ecu/ chipping to get rid of those
