So I've always had a slight shake since I purchased this civic, but it went away when I replaced the tires,.now its back but this ones really violent but only occurs while on the throttle, if I let off it'll pretty much go away.

I would also say axles as my first guess. When is the last time you got the car aligned?

Also, if you have 40 or 45 series tires and the psi is way off it will make the car shake.
