Question GSR idle

Do you guys know the normal operating idle for a 98 GSR? It's at 1,000 rpm at the moment. Tried the intake manifold adjuster and cleaned IAC

Do you know what made it go up? Vac line leak. IM gasket replaced? Recent timing adjustment?

Yes. I got an OEM one. Just I tried the throttle adjuster again (was a liitle afraid since it felt a liitle stiff) and got to about 850-900ish rpm but it's fully twisted back now

I hate the fitv, i had to take it off and put it back on many times to see if I adjusted the idle right.
