everybody that I've know that has gotten a hernia said it's really evident. Like they knew "something isn't right"

Having never had one I can't speak from experience. I agree with Spec. Give it a few days, but don't fuck about with it if it is acting up. Especially if you have health insurance.

Still going at it slowly.

End of year goals are coming up.
Set goals were bench 225x5 squat 315x5 deadlift 405x1(ones I have written on a wall, may be different from what I posted in this thread)
Currently bench 235x6 squat 285x2 deadlift 415x3(deficit with 35's) 385x3(with 45's)

still doing lots of accessory work for posture and core. Not sure why I can pull more in a deficit and only really started doing them because I hit a wall with my lift off. I'm sure I would of reached my goals by now if I would have stayed as focused as I was at the beginning of the year.
