Boost Junkyz Metal Fab.

Hey guys,
My name is Daniel. First let me say this is NOT an ad or forum sales pitch. I havent been on azht long however ive seen some really good pics and metal fab. I am not into arguing or defending my work. I would love to have all the Constructive Criticism. Dont care if you think i suck horribly or make good stuff. My take is, "Your never done learning" so if it makes me better, im all for it...

Thanks for the time and space guys.

So we are in the process of our civic build, let me know what you think of the placement etc...Thanks

Hi Daniel. I'm Aaron. First off id like to say glad to see another fab thread.
As far as the turbo placement, my ? to you is: Will the intercooler be offset due to where the turbo sits?

Daniel comes down to the shop a lot for cnc stuff, and if i remember correctly they were doing a water to air setup... i could be wrong though.

Hey guys, thanks for the welcome.

@ brad, whats good boss? prob will see you guys tomorrow lol...

@ Aaron, We initially were going to use and big garrett core (12x24x4) however it was too long and the ic routing looked funny to us, so we decided to go with (18x12x4 1/2) which seems to fit amazingly straight, feeding direct from turbo and a backdoor style to the throttle body. however if it doesnt function well enough I guess water/air here we come lol

@ Ricks Towing, Thanks boss. Ive seen your work and its very nice!

@ Mr Taggart, The feeling is mutual, cant believe you just left me without saying goodbye! LoL...Whats up Josh, how you doing bro?

Nice Sr20 build!

One question. Why not opt for the divided EFR turbo?

Thanks boss, the 62/58 only comes in the t2 flanged hot side and it's Soo small there would be no benefit to a twin scroll in this size anyway. However the larger efr"s we have on order definitely are twin scroll units.

Ah I see

The 62/58 is not that small though, 450hp turbo, Thats like saying a Garrett divided 3071 is too small to work well. Shoot, I would love a divided 62/55...
