JRSC "build"

Finally getting around to installing my JRSC after letting it gather dust in my garage, so I figure why not take this opportunity to share some.of the process with all of you wonderful folks.
Before I started ripping everything apart

A few random pics of the bay and test fitting the manifold
I'll be using an ITR throttle body so the 60mm S tube needed to be port matched, I also lightly ported it and port matched it to the blower inlet.
Since I ported the S tube I figured lightly porting the case and cleaning up casting marks and port matching the case would be helpful as well.
The manifold runners were much smaller than the runners on the head so I decided to port match those as well. Also all B series supercharger manifolds come from the same casting so I cleaned up the inside a big to help air flow, the LS uses a smaller blower so between the two holes for the pipe thread plugs there was a big useless chunk of air blocking aluminum so I got rid of that. couple pics inside the manifold while mounted on the head to show how nicely the runners match up now.
Also I'd really like to use my iceman intake but unfortunately the throttle body gets moved over about 3" closer to the passenger side with the JRSC so I'd have to cut it so I'm on the fence about that, a few pics to see what I'm talking about, the black line is approximately where it would need to be cut.

Lol I'm thinking about it but I really wanna run an iceman with the supercharger. Hate aluminum intakes. I also have a comptech GSR intake arm but it would also need to be cut.

So a small "update"
So I decided it was time to remove the alternator and fit the new double alternator pulley. Once I got the stock pulley off and fitted the JRSC pulley I found out that apparently remanufactured non OEM alternators do not follow OEM specifications, the shaft on the alternator was to small for the JRSC pulley. Luckily I had an OEM obd2 alternator laying around so I took it to autozone to have it bench tested to make sure it was good and it is so I removed the pulley and sure enough the JRSC fits perfectly.
But now I am in a bit of a situation my car is obd1 and I have an obd2 alternator. So I decided to tinker and see if I could fix that issue. In the pics below you see the OEM obd2 alternator on the left and the aftermarket obd1 on the right.
As you can see from the pics the shaft is larger on the OEM alternator.
So I disassembled them both and decide to swap out the plugs on each, unfortunately the dimensions between the two is different so I had to retain the obd2 back cover and to make it fit around the new obd1 round plug I went to town with a file, tomorrow I will take it back to autozone to have it tested again to make sure it all still functions as it should.
Also there are two different JRSC alternator pulleys 1 is for pretty much all b series alternators b18b, b20, Gsr and b16 and the other is for an ITR because the ITR alternator was made by a different manufacturer so I also show the difference between the two the one on the left is ITR and the right is what I need GSR/b16. The ITR pulley is deeper than the Gsr/b16 so it only catches a few threads when used on my alternator as you can see.(my kit came with the ITR pulley but luckily azht saved the day and I found a thread from 2013 where someone was selling one and by the grace of God he still had it and was kind enough to give to me free of charge, this was some time ago so I don't recall who the member was but if you read this THANK YOU)
