Obd2a evap solenoid wiring....

Still no luck, but I need to know where the 2 wires go from my evap solenoid.. red I know goes to (a20 since i have obd1 ecu plugs and my ecu jumper harness carries it to a15) but where does the other go? It went to a capped connector on the harness I believe the brown one inside the cabin but not sure.. is it a power or ground?

So red goes to pin a15(obd2a) or in my case a20 (obd1 rywire harness ends, my obd2a adapter will carry it to the appropriate a20 when I run my jumper and obd2a ecu)

black runs to a capped connector block, which runs to driver side shock tower. ending up at under dash fuse 24 (in a 96 civic cx). So I wired from that shock tower plug to the evap and red to ecu pin (rywire harness eliminates the capped connector block
