AZHT Annual kiwanis Meet/Cruise!!!(UPDATED PLEASE CHECK FIRST POST!!!)

Its that time of year again, before it gets too warm out we throw another meet at the kiwanis Park in Tempe. We will be doing it a little differently this year to help keep things exciting. It will be a meet and cruise.

Where :kiwanis Park in Tempe
When: Saturday, February 16
Time: 4:30PM
Why: Why not!

How: We will meet up at the park at approx 4:30 after that we will hang out for a while. Then around 5:45-6PM we will cruise to the pavillions. Once we get to the pavillions you can go grap some food and hang out some more. There are several place in the shopping center and around the area to get food.

Rules: As with all AZHT events douchebaggery will not be accepted. This means absolutely no racing/ricer burn outs/inconsiderate driving will be accepted. With this being a cruise this is specifically important. We dont want to give a bad impression to those around us. You are representing AZHT as a whole not just yourself.

Yes, usually we have it on Sunday earlier in the day but I decided that instead of everybody just hard parking and standing around it would be more fun to have a mini cruise to the pavs. So thats why the day and time was changed.

i agree thats a good idea. hopefully there is enough parking for everyone because it gets pretty filled up at night

Doing something like this would require a accurate count on how many cars will be attending. Since we wont know till the day of its not really an option. Worse case scenario we can make our own lanes in front of the home depot, which might actually work out better so we can all park in the same area that way.
