I could see that if she was like completely belligerent and out of her mind, you never know if she has a weapon on her somewhere that could harm others or herself. But even then, you could give her the goddamn clothes back and not slam her in the cell naked & cold.

why did they tape this? makes you wonder if they knew what they were doing was questionable why would they make a video of it?

she obvioulsy was being unruley, and the police thought the only way to take charge of the situation is to subdue a woman in the back of their cruiser. then they felt to stop her from harming herself with her belt/clothes, anything else they stripped her. they obvioulsy went a bit too far but there is usually more to the story.

it is really strange they would let burley doodz strip this women down.

when someone is arrested they have to strip search them and if they are not complying with there orders they have to forcefully strip search them so they make sure they dont have any weapons. she should of just done what they asked her and not fucking freak out about it. she should of handed over the right id also. that lady is not a victim she is just someone that was not complying with police officers.

this is kinda like the dood that got tazed in Utah. he really wasnt doing anything wrong, but what a police officer says is god. he said he had to sign the ticket and the dude walked away, so he tazed him. it dosnt matter if you think your right at the time, when the event is taking place the officer needs to be in total control at all times...thus she will get stripped and restrained

She did hand over the right ID.. the first one she handed was wrong.. and it was explained... this all happened when she asked for her sister's ID back. (who was deceased).

And it is not policy for MALES to strip FEMALES... or vice versa. Nor is it policy to leave an inmate stark naked in a jail cell for hours, denying them their right to a phone call.. and then giving them a flak jacket as their cover for an arraignment.

You don't know what your talking about i've been arrested several times its not something i'm proude of but its happened and I have never once been strip searched

That lady was the victim and what those police did was extremly messed up
